A Day of Heartwork is an event for everyone, It offers a chance to explore or deepen your inner work using it’s core tools: Soft Body and Awareness Meditations, Inquiry and Unwinding. These practices are supported by discussion periods for personalized guidance. The goal is to help participants overcome inner barriers and move toward what they truly desire.
