Building Use

As an expression of hospitality in Christ’s name, First Presbyterian Church is open to worship, weddings, funerals, and events scheduled by the committees and groups of the First Presbyterian Church, personal celebrations held by church members, as well as non-profit and other group events sponsored by organizations whose values and goals align with Christ’s mission.

Communication Request Form

This form is for all Batavia First Presbyterian Church event and program communication requests. Please complete the form below at least two weeks before the event/program. We communicate using six primary streams of communication: Web, Social Media, Print Announcements/Bulletins, Weekly Updates, Monthly Newsletter, Bulletin Board and Flyer Advertisement. Please remember that we cannot honor every request, but we will work with you to develop an effective communications plan. Deadlines: • Web—2 weeks ahead (exceptions for closings/emergencies) • Social media— 2 weeks ahead (with copy provided) • Print announcement— 1 week ahead All requests are subject to approval.
