Join us on the first Monday of the month (starting in October) for a time to practice the Eden Daily Energy Routine, meditate on scripture, and walk the labyrinth. The Daily Energy Routine is a series of exercises that can be done while sitting or standing to help revitalize the body’s energy and unscramble the mind. The exercises are mild and yet very effective. Lectio Divina is a four-step mediative listening to the Spirit of God through scripture. The labyrinth is an ancient form of reflective walking prayer.
